The Expert Guide To Counter Strike New
cs2 cases Strike New Revealed

After weeks of rumors, Valve has finally announced Counter Strike new. It's a major update for CS:GO which will be bringing it on the Source 2 engine.

It also introduces responsive smoke grenades and sub-tick updates for servers. It's made a lot armchair gamers go crazy, but it looks like an upgrade for the average player.

Smokes

Counter Strike New has a huge update that will change the way smokes work in the game. The changes are being described as responsive smokes and will be a major game changer. Smokes will now expand to fill spaces naturally and move around objects on the map. They will also react with the lighting of the games, making them appear more realistic. In addition to these new features, smokes will be capable of interacting with events in the game that will provide new tactical possibilities. For instance, bullets could force smoke to briefly make clear sightlines, while hex grenade explosions will disperse smoke occlusion.

The most significant change to smokes is that they will become a more active part of the game. In the past, smokes were a fixed shape that was limited in how far they could be pushed and the amount of vision it blocked. The new smokes will fill the space where they are located and block more of a player's vision when they are in place. This is a major improvement that will increase the speed of play and give both teams the same level of visibility.

In addition, smokes will now react to the environment, weaponry, and lighting in the world. This makes the smoke appear more realistic and allow players to utilize it in various ways to gain an advantage over their opponents. This will especially be useful during the chaotic 5v5 battles that are likely to occur on every map.

Smokes are no longer one-way. This was a major problem in CSGO, since it allowed players to see the position of their opponent from behind the smoke. Twistzz is a popular CS:GO professional who says the new system makes CS2 more fair for both teams.

Other minor changes include adjusting the position of smoke particles to prevent seeing through edges and updating spectators' smoke overlay visuals to reflect their camera's position. The expiration of smokes was changed to be in line with the visuals on the screen.

Loadouts

The CS:GO players can now alter their weapon selection prior the start of every match. The new loadout system lets players to select weapons that suit their playstyles and team strategies. The new system also brings new tactical depth to the game as players must balance firepower and utility.

The CS: GO Update includes several other improvements and changes in addition to the new loadouts. The buy menu was completely revamped. The old buy wheel was replaced by an adjustable grid that displays all options for purchase all at once. The grid is filled with five pistols, as well as five "mid-tier weapons" like submachine guns, shotguns and rifles.

The new system is easy to use and will give players more control over the weapon they choose. They can pick the weapons which best suit their style of play, team strategy and try out various combinations. They can also compare their loadouts to other players and see how they stack up.

Many players have praised the increased flexibility while others have criticised the change for departing from the fundamental premise of Counter-Strike. They have also raised concerns about how it will affect loadouts specific to maps and skins for agents that are based on visibility.

Despite these criticisms the new loadout system will be tested more thoroughly in the coming months. It is possible that some of these issues will be addressed in future updates, therefore it is vital to stay tuned for more information.

Workshop Tools are also included in the update, and can be enabled from the settings menu. This allows community contributors to design weapon finishes and stickers, as also maps. The update will also ban players who break VAC guidelines in matches.

The new CS GO update will be released in the middle of summer. Players can browse the complete list of features and updates by visiting the official CS: GO website.

Sub-Tick Updates

The server updates the world of Counter-Strike in small intervals of time, referred to as ticks. The tiniest delay between a tick and a mouse click of a player can influence a shot's accuracy, so Valve is working hard to ensure that CS: GO feels fluid and responsive. A new video shows the biggest improvements made to the game, referred to as sub tick updates.

Instead of a 64-tick update every millisecond CS:GO can now use sub-ticks or, as Valve calls them, "micro ticks", to communicate with the servers. Each of these small increments of time will be recorded by the client and sent to the server, which then return the updated game state to players. The servers will now know the exact moment that you shot your shot, jumped, peeked and other inputs.

The video doesn't provide all the information. However it does state that each piece of data sent by the client is accompanied by a time stamp and that the server will gather all the information in chronological order from all players before sending it back. According to the video it is believed that a CS: GO server will be able to send up to twice as much data as a 64-tick servers.

This means that even when the game's tick rate increases to 128 Hz, it will still be able to respond to your commands instantly and consistently. Micro-tick updates also decrease input lag by ensuring that the server responds to your actions without any delays or glitches.

Valve's technical enhancements to the game are only the beginning. Valve is using particles and smoke that are dynamic to improve the way smoke interacts with its surroundings. case opening 's also updating all maps with high-resolution lighting, textures and models. All CS: GO weapons and cosmetics will also be updated with Source 2 tools and features.

Maps

The upcoming update for Counter Strike New will bring new maps to the game alongside some classics that are being given facelifts. The updates are currently being tested as part of a limited-test beta. The first set of updates includes an upgrade and touchstone maps that will not see significant changes to gameplay, while other maps have been completely rebuilt or overhauled using the new Source 2 Tools.

One of them is Overpass was redesigned to make use of the new engine's unison lighting system. The map's eerie underground has been flooded with daylight to make it more spacious and less congested. Smoke grenades are now expanding dynamically to fill spaces, and interact with the light.

Italy is another map that has been revamped. Its lighting, texture and structure have all been significantly improved. The new version has a more balanced and natural feel than the previous version, which was heavily CT oriented. Fans can expect more classics, like Aztec and Militia to be updated in the future.

These maps won't be added to the map pool for competitive play despite the fact that they are still playable. Train is the exception, as it has been removed from Active Duty but will still be played in tournaments. Valve hasn't yet decided if the other maps removed from the pool will be added back.

Among the more controversial updates is one that was created by Helsingin Sanomat, Finland's national newspaper. The newspaper has been a vocal critic of Russia's actions in Ukraine, and the map is based from the war-torn city of Donetsk. The map is dubbed de_voyna and contains numerous references to the conflict.

In the near future the developer will be releasing a set of Source 2 tools for community map makers to make their own maps. This will include features like improved lighting and character read as well as a physically based rendering system that produces realistic textures, materials, and reflections. It will also make real-world objects, like doors and windows, simpler to use. The update is scheduled to release sometime this summer.
