Some also offer GPS tracking, which can be useful if you have dementia and may wander or forget to press your HELP button.

The best systems also include Bluetooth integrations to allow you to connect your device to other smart devices, such as a smartphone, wireless glucose monitor or smart TV. This can be especially helpful if you have Alzheimer’s or dementia and could potentially wander from your home or accidently fall outside. Some even feature door and window sensors that can send a signal to the monitoring center if they are opened or if someone tries to break in.
