2023 CRA: Customer Delivery
Maintain and or Increase Project Quality
For the year to date, I regularly attended all study team meetings. I provided all necessary updates to
CRMs in meetings. I completed the actions to be followed on time and informed them.
In my studies, I make my pre- and post-visit preparations on time. Thus, I can submit qualitative and
accurate comments in my reports.
For the year to date, I have never performed audit or inspection for my studies.

Perform activities within role that support the following program deliverables at or above the outlined
targets
When I review all my visit reports in sponsor-specific systems, I am 100% compliant with all the
attributes requested by the sponsor (these attributes are duration, negative dates, first submit, follow up
letter sent, finalization and the initiation process expectations as outlined in the sponsor job aid).
I achieve this compliance thanks to my close follow-ups for my cites. I am able to meet the expectations
because I have done all my preparations before and after in accordance with the timelines requested
by the sponsor. So, my expected compliance for my MVRs and FULs for the year to date is 100%.
In addition, I ensure that the compliance of Spectrum data quality and milestone entry per the sponsor
navigator tool is 99% and above, by following my sites closely, both individually and with the study
team. I also discuss these issues at regular study team meetings and keep them up to date.
I follow routine eTMF site and reconciliation SOP or specific documents before, during and after all my
visits. For the year to date, I have completed all of them within the desired time frame. My compliances
are also 100% so far. So far, I have not received any warning about this from my CRMs or PLMs.
I have always made a point of the necessary care in action-item both when I took over my study and, in
the process, I am following now. I continue to successfully complete this compliance. For the year to
date, I don't have AI that has been open for more than 1 year. I am trying to complete it within the
desired and expected timeline.
In my studies that I have taken over, I do not currently have any studies open to patient recruitment.
I fulfil all my responsibilities expected for my studies and requested in the site monitoring plan. In fact, I
received special thanks for the support I gave to the study team in the successful completion of the
DBL period I carried out in my MK7902-010 study.
2023 CRA: Operational Excellence, Quality, and Delivery
Perform activities within role that support the following administrative deliverables at or above the
outlined targets
I am 100% compliant with monthly GTT entry, even I complete these GTT entries weekly. Also, if I have
weeks with annual leave or bank holiday, I complete their entries at the beginning of that week and do
not let my compliance be affected.
For the year to date, I have always completed and continue to complete the trainings assigned to me in
My learning Training within the expected time frame before the due dates. In addition to these trainings,
I have always completed all the trainings assigned to me for ICON Training before the due date. None
of my training was overdue.
I completed and submitted my MyCV immediately after the training and informed my PLM about it.
I have completed all my entries weekly in accordance with my Icon timesheet on the sponsor and all
the activities I have done for Icon. For the year to date, I am compliant with 100% in all my entries, and
I continue to do so.
Finally, I am trying to submit all my expenses in 21 days of date incurred or monthly as applicable.
2023 CRA: Organizational Alignment
In all the studies I take part in, I pay attention to work in accordance with the concepts of integrity,
collaboration, agility and inclusion, which are the ICON values, and ethical values, with the people I
collaborate with - these are the site staff, other partner employees of the sponsor and internally my
colleagues at Icon.
I am always happy to share the knowledge I have learned so far with my colleagues. When a friend has
a problem at work, I never hesitate to help and guide him. Likewise, I cooperate with my colleagues on
such matters.
