This bare-bones double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent option for parents who want an affordable second stroller for their travels. It also has an adjustable recline seat that can be adjusted in multiple positions and cup holders for the parent. Other key features include two large hanging storage bags and 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels.

It did better in our push and turn test than many of the other strollers we tested but is still difficult to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doors. It doesn't have a lot of storage space but it has a large basket deep enough to hold a change bag or plenty of groceries. It can also be linked with the Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a travel system for babies up to 20 pounds (car seat and adapters are sold separately).
