Special resources explained :
1) Loyalty.
How loyal are your people to your cause . Will they do everything in their power to see their city grow to a great power ?
Will they rebel against your authority ?
Will they ask your metropolis to overthrow your rule ?
It all depends on your decisions and RP
0-10 Rebelious disloyalty , 10-20 Open Disloyalty , 20 - 30 Disloyal , 30 - 40 Open dissaproval , 40 - 50 dissaproving , 50 - 60 content , 60 - 70 supporting , 70 - 80 loyal , 80 - 90 blind allegiance , 90 - 100 unwavering loyalty

0-10 : Your realm is open to rebellions , your citizens will do anything to overthrow you even if you win against the rebels they will ask your metropolis for help or even worse the outsiders.

10-20 : You will be pressed by local nobility to abdicate and change your government . Tax evasion in all class.

20-30 : Your people strongly oppose your decisions though some follow your rule due to hope for a better future. Tax evasion mostly in higher class and middle class.

30-40 : Nobles will try to pursue their political carreers against yours. They will try to undermine your authority and state's function to gain the upper hand.
Some nobles and mostly middle class tax evasion.

40-50 : Citizens are unhappy with life in your realm thinking why they left their stable life back in homeland to an uncertain f uture herein colonies.
Some tax evasion in middle class.

50-60 : People are content and keen on waiting to see what future holds for them in these new worlds.

60-70 : Population is clearly starting to lean towards your rule as the legimate ruler of your realm. Some may even say they could see your colony survive on its own with you in charge.

70-80 : Your citizens are loyal to your commands. This will surely start having a negative impact on some Nobles who seek to gain control and they will try asking some favors back home to undermine you.

80-90 : All heil our governor. We will do as you command. Your metropolis though will be frustrated that a commander has achieved so much in such a small time and their reactions will depend on many factors.

90-100 : We will follow you through the gates of Hades himself. Your metropolis sees you as a threat to the dominance in the region and will surely react.


2) Happiness
Happiness affects not only your population but also your troops . If your people are unhappy they will fight worse and if they are happy they will try their best.
Your economy is also affected by total happiness , much more people will go to temples by wares , trade , invest if they are happy.

0-20 %
Your people are unhappy , your troops are unhappy. Many see you as a tyrrant and wouldnt even give you a glass of water when you need it if they had the power
20-40 %
Your people are unhappy.Your troops are content to follow you but won't die to save your little ass
40-60 %
People and troops are content with your rule and will try to do their best for the colony
60-80 %
People and army are happy with your rule and will follow your command as long as it makes sense.
80-100 %
People and army are blind followers of your commands

3) Civilization index
Civilization index shows how well is your society regarding civilization.
Are they still a small trading colony ?
Have they risen to be a new metropolis ?
Or have they become degenerated , savages and barbarians affected by neighbours and other factors ?
Factors affecting civilization index will not only be resources but also RP and mixing with foreign population.
1 : Destroyed Civilization , 2 : Savages , 3 : Nomads , 4 : Barbarians , 5 : Tribalism , 6 : Colony , 7 : Anax , 8 : Emerging power , 9 : Regional power , 10 : Metropolis


4) Your Overlord's attitude will be affected by decisions , RP , gameplay , diplomacy and will decrease over time eventually if you clearly try to build a metropolis of your own.
A low attitude means they will not directly support your colonialism efforts with manpower and materials.
A high attitude means they will do pretty much anything in their power to help you grow stronger.
You may ask for favors from your metropolis but it will affect their attitude if you ask too much and give nothing in return!

Warning !
A very low attitude might also mean an expeditionary force is on its way with support from other colonies to remove you as a governor and reclaim your state!

5) Prestige is how your state shines in mapwide scale. It will give you better diplomacy with your overlords , your neighbours , Barbarians will fear you and follow you etc.
