Background("Ranpo was born outside Yokohama to brilliant parents: his father, known as the Clairvoyant detective, and his equally intelligent mother. After their deaths, Ranpo moved to Yokohama on his father's advice and enrolled in the Yokohama Police Academy. However, his rebellious nature led to his expulsion after exposing misconduct. He drifted through various jobs, including military posts, construction sites, and mail delivery, where he often clashed with authority.

His path changed when he secured an interview at S&K Corporation, but the president's assassination redirected his focus. Ranpo uncovered the true culprit and encountered Fukuzawa, who recognized Ranpo's unique deductive abilities. Fukuzawa introduced Ranpo to Theatrum Mundi, where they solved a case involving a death threat.

Later, Ranpo encountered Jun Mitamura of the organization "V," who sought to recruit him. Declining the offer, Ranpo and Fukuzawa formed a partnership, offering their detective services. With Fukuzawa's guidance, they established the Armed Detective Agency in Yokohama, where Ranpo became its founding member and resident detective prodigy.")
