A Vibrant Rant About 3 Wheeler Buggy
Why Buy a 3 Wheeler Buggy?

If you love running in the morning, a three-wheel buggy may be a good choice for you. They come with larger wheels that provide an easier ride, however they are heavier and require a bigger boot.

If you're planning to take your pushchair outdoors look into models with air-filled tires (also called pneumatic). They are able to take on any terrain and include a the ability to have a front wheel lock to provide more stability.

What is a three-wheeler buggy?

Whether you're going off-road or just around town, a 3-wheel buggy provides superior maneuverability. They are simple to maneuver and change direction on the fly and have passed all stability tests. The fabric sling seat is positioned snugly inside the frame and not on top as modular seats. This creates having a lower center of gravity, which makes it easier to push your buggy. Mountain Buggy(r) even has the first of its kind sport verso(tm) with a 3 wheelin' inline chassis that can grow with your family - from a parent's face infant carrier to toddler ride-on boards.

Are you planning to go "off-road"?

It is crucial for those who like to explore off-road, and are more adventurous that their buggy can take on rough terrain. You need a sturdy suspension system to absorb bumps and large wheels with air-filled tyres to give you a great grip on rough surfaces. A lockable front wheel is also a wonderful feature for stability when jogging on harder surfaces.

MFM reviewer Kath put this fun-loving buggy to ultimate test by driving it over rough dirt tracks, cobbles and grass with her newborn and said that "it did all of these with ease and was pleasant to run around in." The 16" rear wheels and lockable "swivel" front wheel offer excellent stability on off-road trails or uneven surfaces. The tyres also come with springs that are built-in to guarantee an easy ride.

Another world's first; sport verso is an amazing single buggy that will future proof your wallet as it easily adapts to take 2 (or more!) as your family grows all within the footprint of a single buggy! The sling seats made of fabric are positioned snugly within the frame at a perfect height to evenly distribute weight. This allows for a much easier push and a lighter curb-pop.

Do you want to explore town Do you want to go 'around town'?

A three-wheeler has one wheel in front and two wheels at the rear and, depending on the model, the wheel will be free to rotate or fixed in position so that the buggy only travels in straight lines. They are simple to drive and maneuver, and often have air-filled tyres and suspension to provide a comfortable ride. They are ideal for everyday use in cities and are able to handle kerb-popping and taking off road.

Like any buggy, it is crucial to drive safely and not be distracted by your mobile phone, tablet or any other gadget. Avoid driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs as this can influence your judgement and reaction time. If you do have a car boot to store your buggy make sure you check the dimensions of its footprint when fully folded to ensure it will fit in your car.

If you are looking for a buggy to take you from the parks to the shops, then you should look for one with a big shopping basket, a robust brake pedal, and a massive sun canopy (50plus inches in size) with an extendable pole. MFM reviewer Kath liked the fabric sling with an automatic lie-flat bed for newborns. She also felt that the seating was perfectly placed within the frame to ensure a good weight distribution. However, she did note that a 4-wheeler would have more storage space.

Do you want to go to the park'

This 3-wheeler is ideal for urban adventures, too, thanks to its incredible maneuverability. pushchairsandprams tried it out to the test and found it was able to navigate cobbles and bumpy pavements easily. It also did well with the kerb pops around town, because the sling seat is tucked perfectly inside the frame at the perfect height for the best weight distribution to effortlessly push and lift it over them.

This model is great for jogging since it is equipped with lockable swivel wheels on the front and a'snug and stretch' tyre that gives an extremely smooth ride while you're running around the streets. The only downside of the huge wheels is that it may be difficult to fit into smaller spaces when folded. It does have some impressive storage options to make up for this! The basket is huge and a zip-up rear pocket.
