The stroller comes with three locks with one on each wheel at the back and a center swivel locking on the front. These locks are ideal to keep the stroller stable on uneven or rocky terrain. Baby Jogger City Select Stroller & City Select Car Seat

The City Select 2 Stroller Eco Collection is a versatile, multi-purpose stroller. It can be converted from a single stroller to a double stroller by adding the second seat (sold separately) or a glider board. It can also be configured into a triple travel system by adding an infant bench seat or car seat. It offers 24 configurations and is a top-rated stroller overall. The model is made of Baby Jogger's soft, breathable TENCEL fabrics, which aid in thermal regulation and are sourced sustainably. It has an elegant leatherette handlebar and bumper bar, and comes with the belly bar. It is 20percent smaller and lighter than the leading single-to-double stroller, the UPPAbaby V2.

It comes with a sunshade of medium size and a handy magnetic peek-a-boo window that is easy to open and close. The telescoping bar is of the most easily adjustable and works for parents of all heights. The seats recline, and there is an adjustment button for the footwell to help you position your child in the most comfortable position. The storage bin has plenty of room, but we would have liked a more secure latch. It's easy to access, but we found the zippers a little frustrating since they have to be removed completely and reattached every time you use it.

Like its brothers like its siblings, the City Select has single-action brakes that are easy to set and release with the release of a lever on the side of the frame that is lower than the handlebar. It is suitable for sandals and barefoot and a step up from the awkward levers for brakes that other brands use.

This is the only stroller we've reviewed in our review that can accept two infant car seats making it an ideal alternative for twins, or for parents with one kiddo and a new baby coming soon. It can be used to fit most infant car seats from major brands by using an adapter. We tested it on the Britax/BOB Chicco KeyFit 30 and Graco Click Connect models and also the Cybex Aton, Aton Q and Nuna Pipa.

The City Select is incompatible with the UPPAbaby Vista V2. The City Select is a good option for families that already own a car seat, but are looking for a stroller that can accommodate it. However, you might be better served with another convertible stroller for this scenario.
