Saturday is the Celebration of Life for Steve Saxton at 11:00am followed by a meal in the fellowship hall.
Sunday has Sunday School, Worship, and a member meeting to vote on marrying into *Damascus Church, receive a ^Treasurer's Report, and vote to add Rick Glover on as a check-signer (since Pastor David is the only check-signer right now).
Tuesday, July 2, is Picnic and Prayer from Noon-1:00pm.
Wednesday, July 3, is Men's Bible Study at 7:00pm.
Sunday, July 7, Pastor David is preaching in morning worship.
Monday, July 8, is the BABA Executive Board Mtg at Sunrise at 7:00pm.
*For the member meeting on Sunday, members in good standing are encouraged to participate in the vote about marrying into Damascus Church. You need to have been here for our discussions about it and present during our times of combined worship and fellowship. We are looking for a 2/3 (66%) majority to approve this decision. Also, those who are interested in becoming a candidate for membership in Damascus Church will have the opportunity to make it known on a separate part of the ballot.
^A Treasurer's Report is attached to this email so you can view it ahead of time to potentially save us time during the member meeting.
