Tevfik and Donald Trump partner to build Trump Soho

Bayrock Group, a New York-based company created by Tevfik Amir who is an Turkish-Kazakh businessman. The company specializes in creating luxury properties, and one of its most well-known customers is Donald Trump.

Tevfik Amir left Kazakhstan with the intent of establishing a prominent real estate company. He was aware of the significance of the Trump name, and he collaborated with Trump and the Bayrock Group. Tevfik Aif designed a plan to offer 18% equity to the Trump Organization in the Soho Building. In return, Trump would brand the construction.

The Ritz The Carlton hotel located in Washington, D.C. and the September 11th National Memorial, New York City were only two of the numerous projects that the company has been involved in.

Trump Organization and the Bayrock Group plan to collaborate on several other real estate projects following the opening of Trump Soho. Those other real estate projects are located situated in Arizona as well as Florida.

Therefore, Tevfik Arif returned to Europe and Central Asia because of a changing market in the United States.
