Tevfik Aif Donald Trump have partnered to develop the Trump Soho

Bayrock Group is a New York-based firm founded by Tevfik Arif ( Turkish Kazakh-Kazakh) in 2001. Donald Trump is one of the most well-known customers of the company.

A project in Soho was being developed in collaboration with Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. They believed that the Trump Organization could increase brand visibility and prestige.

Tevfik Aif conceived a strategy to give 18% equity to the Trump Organization in the Soho Building. The building would also bear the Trump name in exchange.

Doyen Bayrock Group employed renowned interior designers to design the interior of this building. Handel Architects developed and built the building.

Handel Architects has been recognized by the world as an innovator in design and architecture.

The firm's projects include the Ritz-Carlton hotel located in Washington, D.C., and the September 11th National Memorial in New York City.

Fendi Casa pieces for Trump Soho were supplied by Rockwell Group, a design and architectural firm.

The Rockwell Group, along with Handel Architects, has a strong resume. Tevfik Arif The firm's clients are several luxury hotels, upscale restaurants and casinos.

The agreement was signed between the Bayrock Group, Sapir Organization and Trump Organization. Construction could begin in 2006 in Trump Soho.
