I have danced my whole life and I really enjoy it a lot. Some types of dance that I have danced are jazz, Hawaiian, folk dance, country, modern dance, among other dances. I have been dancing since I was 4 or 5 years old, if I remember correctly. I danced for many years, first I started with Hawaiian dance and then with the other types of dance. Not only that, but I really enjoyed dancing Hawaiian, it is a very beautiful dance. Also, I have many costumes from when I danced. I danced Jazz and Hawaiian at the same age, although I lasted much longer in Hawaiian, about 9 or 10 years, and in Jazz, about 1 and a half years.
Continuing with the dances, I have also danced modern dance, I danced for about 1 year, although I never performed it in a theater, because I combined it with other events. Also, modern dance is more about expressing your feelings. For example, instead of fighting for something or someone, you can dance to express anger, sadness, stress, among other feelings. There are many ways to let off steam, whether it's talking, singing, or just doing something you like.
The next dance is the folk dance. I started this type of dance because my mom's friend danced, and she told her to take me to learn new things, and in the end I liked it. Although I'm thinking about going back, I'm not sure because of all the school work and because it overlaps with other events. I also really enjoyed this type of dance, it lasted about 2 years, but then I started with another type of dance.
Summing up, the final type of dance is country. I am currently in this type of dance, although I can't always go to rehearsals or presentations, I try to be present. The story behind this dance is that my mom was looking at her social media, and a country post appeared, and she told me come on, let's go to the sample class, and the truth is I didn't want to go, but I had to. After I went to the country class, the teacher took me to the front, when my aunt and my mother had stayed back, and the teacher told me to dance, and I was very nervous, but in the end I learned the dances. Quickly and enjoy the class. Afterward, the teacher invited my cousin and me to join the group of young people, where they choreographed the dances and then went somewhere to present.
I have danced because I like it, not because someone forces me. During the day I had problems and as soon as I entered the salon my mind became completely clear, all problems were forgotten. I've danced my whole life, if I remember correctly. I have a lot of wardrobes saved that I don't know if I'll use again.
