Jocelyn Roddie: I am trying to return an item and your instructions state 'We suggest sending the merchandise via a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that has package tracking and insurance options. If insuring your package, make sure it is insured for the full value of the merchandise.'
Jocelyn Roddie: do you not provide a free shipping label please?
Tiffany: Why are you returning the item?
Jocelyn Roddie: Because, even though the item was advertised as size 13/14, they are too small for my boyfriends despite the fact they are only between size 12 and 13.
Tiffany: Ah, I do apologize, but if the item isn't defective or damaged, we don't provide free labels. I can provide you a label, but the shipping would be deducted from the refund for the item.
Jocelyn Roddie: in my mind, it is defective because they are not the advertised size
Jocelyn Roddie: wouldn't you agree
Tiffany: Unfortunately that does not qualify as a defect. Unless you bought one size, say, Large, and we sent you a small, it would be considered an issue. That we sent the item we advertised and have sizing on, this is considered buyer's remorse.
Jocelyn Roddie: not if they are smaller than the advertised size
Jocelyn Roddie: In that case, it's either deceptive marketing practices, which is a violation of Federal Trade Commission regulationsn or, they are too small by mistake, which would be a defect and would subsequently be eligible for free shipping on returns.
Jocelyn Roddie: If I buy size 13/14 footwear and they do not fit someone with size 13 feet, that is not buyers remorse, it is an issue with the item.

Tiffany: Unfortunately, because the item does not have anything physically wrong with it, it is not considered defective or damaged and the return shipping is customer responsibility. As stated, I can provide you a USPS label to return the item, but the shipping would be deducted from any refund and it can typically be between $6 and 10$
