You should pick me over other applicants because I love helping people and this community is so great that I just want to be a part of it. This community is so great because it's a happy place and everyone almost always acts so great towards each other, but there are those times that they aren't and i'd like to help that not happen on the server as much as it does. As you can see in the next question I have lots of experience and I have done many jobs as a staff member for many servers. I am also very easy to get along with so I would be great for having fun with the community as well as doing my job at the same time. I am also bilingual, and I speak English and Spanish so I could help people who don't know English out as well. I am also almost always on meaning I can help people all the time as well!

I have lots of experience with staff. I have been an owner on 2 servers, admin on 4, mod on 3, helper on 1, and a builder on 7, and have been doing this for 2-3 years. I was a developer for some servers at one point but I quit because I was never getting paid. The servers I was staff on before had people on all the time ranging from 100-1000 people so I am able to handle a large amount of people being online at once. While I was staff I did many jobs such as building multiple spawns, being on the application team, testing out plugins for the developer, working on server events, drawing art for the website, working on the website, as well as many more. Unfortunately most of the servers shut down because they were never paid for, or I resigned because the staff acted so horribly towards each other and towards some of the community and I just didn't like that at all.

I would like to join the staff team because I just want to help people and make them feel safe on the server. I've always loved helping people and I want to show it on here. As you know there are more and more new people coming on every day and they will need help as well so I would be there to help them so they don't feel so lost and so they would know what to do on the server! The community and staff community is so great as well and I would just love to be a part of the staff community. The staff work so well together they're like no other staff team that I've ever worked with or seen. They are all organized and have everything sorted out. The player community is so awesome as well and it's growing more and more every day but the more it grows the more the community gets a bit more toxic and I would love to help stop that! I would just love to be given the chance to be staff on here and to help the community out.
