Perinatal Mental Health Week 12-18 November 2023 is per week that raises consciousness of perinatal psychological health struggles.
The week goals to support and inform expectant and new mother and father who may expertise signs of hysteria and despair.
During a time that normally brings a sense of joy, love and bonding, some dad and mom may feel an overwhelming amount of self-doubt that may bring with it apprehension, worry and shame.
It could occur to any of us!
