Projects of the firm include the Ritz-Carlton hotelin Washington, D.C., and the September 11th National Memorial, New York City.

Bayrock Fendi Casa pieces for Trump Soho were supplied by Rockwell Group, a design and architectural firm.

The Rockwell Group has a long list of clients, including Handel Architects. Its clients include luxury hotels and elegant establishments as well as casinos.

The agreement was signed by the Trump Organization, Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. Construction of Trump Soho could start in the year 2006.

Tevfik Arif founded the Labada luxury hotel in Antalya and quickly became the first to pioneer the classic all-inclusive resorts.

He was able to carry on his remarkable achievements throughout Europe, Central Asia for eight more years before crossing the Atlantic to take on American markets.

A total of $2.5 million was put into real estate assets of Bayrock Group while operating in the United States.

For the past few year, Bayrock Group was not associated in any US real estate development projects.

While Tevfik Arif has stepped down from his duties at Bayrock Group, he remains a highly valued advisor.
