As per your request, the dimensions have been expanded to 25' in the plan, and as a result, there have been adjustments in the room layout. I am sending the dimensions in the direction of expansion so that you can see it. The corridors next to the stairs were originally 3'3" in size, which was not very ergonomic. Therefore, I extended the corridors on that side by 1' and made it 4'3". Additionally, there was an architecturally unsuccessful solution with diagonal door entrances in the area where the bedrooms are located. This may have been necessary in the original design due to the narrow 21' side, but with the extension to 25', such a solution is no longer required. In that area, I implemented a straight wall with door entrances.
Apart from these changes, furniture has been placed on the plan. The placement of windows on the facade with the 25' wall has also been adjusted slightly. Please take a look at these dimensions and let me know if you find them satisfactory. If you wish to make changes to the floor plan, we offer an additional package for each floor plan revisions for an extra $10. You can purchase that package to get modification services for your floor plan.
I was actually planning to send the first drafts for the exterior facade with floor plan, but due to the small changes in the plan, it might affect factors such as window placement. Therefore, I am currently sending only the floor plan for your confirmation. Once approved, we can proceed to the exterior facade and interior.
