The Best Pokemon Backpack
No matter if you're a Pokemon master looking for somewhere to store your Poke Balls or a kid who's about starting school, no self-respecting Pokemon fan should leave home without one of these best Pokemon backpacks. The Bag in Generation III has eight pockets which are programmed to hold certain items. They can be opened through a menu available from the option button. The user can determine whether an item purchased recently can be put in the correct pocket by selecting it. The Bag was completely revamped during Generation IV, adding the Battle Pyramid and changing the contents of the bags, namely the berries, TMs and HMs pockets into Key Items and a TM Case. Each of the Berries, Items, TMs/HMs pockets and TMs have an individual color icon. The Items pocket contains all the items not in these pockets. Furthermore, the Bag is now able to hold a to hold 30 different types of items.


The Bag is available to all main characters by selecting it in their inventory. The Bag is a collection of objects, which include clothing, a tent and bedroll along with food items, potions, as well as Poke Balls. It is also filled with other necessities for travel in Kanto, Johto and the areas of Hoenn and Sinnoh. Ash, Dawn, and Serena use their Bags to hold their Poke Balls. Brock uses his to store cooking and camping gear. May and Max both carry the ket Bags that they wear like belts to cover their waists.


Nintendo recently expanded its selection of Pokemon backpacks with the Gengar-inspired design. It is 10.5 inches wide and 10.5 inches tall. The backpack retails for $32 on Amazon.
