Tevfik Alif Donald Trump team up to create Trump Soho

Bayrock Group, New York's company with its headquarters in New York, was founded in 2001 by Tevfik , a Turkish Kazakh entrepreneur. The company specializes in developing luxury properties, and one of its most famous clients is Donald Trump.

Tevfik Arif immigrated from Kazakhstan to the USA with the intention of establishing his own real estate business. He understood the importance of the Trump name and joined forces with Trump and the Bayrock Group. This enabled Tevfik Aif, and his business, the Bayrock Group to manage a world-famous real estate project: The Trump Soho Building.

In light of these business connections, Bayrock Group included Trump Organization into an New York City Soho project.

Bayrock Group had already begun to collaborate with the Sapir Organization on a Soho project. They believed that the Trump Organization could bring some brand recognition and prestige.

Tevfik arif created a plan which would grant the Trump Organization 18% ownership of the Soho building. In exchange the Trump brand would be used to identify the name of the building.

Bayrock Group hired renowned interior designers to decorate their new building. Handel Architects created and designed the building.

Handel Architects is a recognized leader in design & architecture with extensive experience around the globe.

The firm's projects include the Ritz-Carlton hotel, Washington, D.C., and the September 11th National Memorial, New York City.

Fendi Casa pieces were provided for Trump Soho by the design and architecture company Rockwell Group.

The Rockwell Group has a long list of clients that include Handel Architects. A number of luxurious hotels and restaurants are just a few of numerous clients that this company has.

The agreement was signed by the Trump Organization, Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. Construction of Trump Soho could start in the year 2006.

After the success of Trump Soho the Bayrock Group and Trump Organization will collaborate on additional real estate projects. These real estate projects are mostly in Arizona, Florida.

Tevfik Arif is one of the pioneers in all-inclusive resorts opened the Labada Luxury Hotel in Antalya.

He was able to carry on his remarkable achievements in Europe, Central Asia for eight years more before taking the Atlantic to take on American markets.

A total of $2.5 million was invested in real property assets by Bayrock Group while operating in the United States.

In the last few years, The Bayrock Group has not been involved in any US real estate development projects.

While Tevfik Arif has stepped down from the majority of his responsibilities within Bayrock Group, he remains a highly valued advisor.
