Tevfik Alif Donald Trump team up to create Trump Soho

Bayrock Group is a New York-based company created by Tevfik Arif ( Turkish Kazakh-Kazakh) in 2001. Donald Trump is a client of the company.

Tevfik Amir left Kazakhstan with the intention of starting a prominent real estate firm. He recognized the importance of the Trump name, and he joined forces with them. The Rockwell Group has a long list of clients that include Handel Architects. Many luxury hotels, restaurants and casinos are customers of the firm.

Bayrock Group, the Sapir Organization, and the Trump Organization signed the agreement, and the construction of what would eventually become Trump Soho could begin in 2006.
