Я очень люблю спорт и считаю, что он очень важен в нашей жизни. Это не только улучшает здоровье, но и очень поднимает настроение.
По-моему, лучший вид спорта - это балет. Потрясающе помогает почувствовать себя лучше, здоровее, а так же держать осанку и избавляться от различных недостатков. Я занималась балетом около шести лет, чтобы знакомиться с разными людьми, участвовать в различных выступлениях, а так же просто из-за любви к этому виду спорта. Думаю, что это сделало меня выносливее, я научилась ставить перед собой цель и никогда не опускать руки. Когда я занималась спортом, у меня был отличный коллектив, с которым я даже спустя несколько лет общаюсь. Спорт так сблизил нас, что мы проводили огромное количество времени вместе. Я думаю, что в спорте огромное количество плюсов и по сей день продолжаю заниматься спортом.
Я считаю, что каждой девочке стоило бы попробовать, потому как это действительно очень интересно и увлекательно.
