Мой любимый вид спорта это катание на велосипеде . Когда катаешься на велосипеде можно качать ноги,а ещё когда едешь у тебя работают разные группы мышц . Велосипед удобен тем,что если тебе куда то очень срочно нужно поехать, ты сел на него и поехал и не надо ничего ждать .
Езда на велосипеде- это не плохой метод для провидения свободного времени ,а также езда на велосипеде- это хороший способ размяться перед какой то тренировкой, например перед футболом ,это очень хорошо разминает ноги и ногам будет намного проще и не надо будет тратить время на разминку ног .По этому это мой любимый вид спорта . Этот вид спорта очень популярен в сезон лета , потому что можно поехать на пляж , на море , на озеро или на речку вообщем куда захочешь . А ещё например когда проспал в школу чтоб не ждать автобуса сел и приехал и будет на много быстрее.
По этим причинам и не только по этим причинам , мне очень нравиться этот вид спорта по этому я выбрала имено этот вид спорта для написания этого сочинения .
