If you're spending 20 bucks or more to purchase a haute bag of coffee beans, you need to be aware of the length of time they'll last and what the best ways are to store them. Coffee absorbs moisture, aromas and flavors therefore keeping it in an opaque airtight container in a cool, dark location will help preserve the flavor.
