С раннего детства, мне нравилось бегать, поэтому я стал увлекаться бегом на короткие и длинные дистанции.
Серьёзно я стал увлекаться бегом в школе, где принимал участие во всех соревнованиях по бегу. Бег мне нравится, потому что он быстрый и подвижный вид спорта. Различные соревнования, бег на длинные дистанции развивает человеческие возможности. Это очень полезно для здоровья,но главное не навредить при этом организму. Во время занятия спортом, я нахожусь на свежем воздухе и в окружении природы.
Для меня , чтобы побеждать на соревнованиях необходимо долго и упорно тренироваться.Каждое соревнование это волнительное мероприятие, поэтому в соревнованиях побеждает тот у кого сильнее воля.
Занятие моим любимым спортом это прекрасная возможность общаться с товарищами, которые так же как и я любят бег. Для меня занятием бегом очень важно, я не могу без него обойтись и дня. Занятие спортом помогает мне успешно учиться и преодолевать трудности в жизни.
