Ji consistently provides strong results on a timely basis. During the audit engagement, Ji would be efficient in finishing her tasks and providing clean results with minimal need for revisions afterwards. She would ask appropriate questions when necessary to ensure she understands the task correctly and avoids making any significant mistakes. Furthermore, she is diligent with her work and asks for additional work when she has space on her plate. Despite her being new to audit, she shows strong signs of understanding the audit methodology and the reasons for why we perform audits.

Ji has effective communication skills and provides frequent updates to the in-charge senior on her status and progress. She also asks questions as necessary when she wants a better understanding of the testing. She often completes work quickly and with high quality, allowing the in-charge senior to focus on other tasks with trust that Ji is performing her tasks well. I encourage Ji to continue asking questions and developing a better understanding of audit and the procedures we perform.
