Grimmjow adalah individu yang santai, memiliki kepribadian yang brutal, impulsif, dan berlebihan karena sering emosi. Selain itu ia juga agresif dan memiliki nafsu untuk berkelahi, Grimmjow memiliki sifat licik nan liar ketika merasa dicurangi.
