My name is Karan, and I am 27 years old. I Completed my graduation in 2018 from Dav College.

Then I started carrier from a flipkart process. It was a blended process and I worked there for around 3 years during the pandemic.

Since it was a domestic process. I switched my company to Walmart Us. It's an e-commerce company which provides everything online and offline just like Amazon.

I worked there for a year because our client was shifted to Pakistan, and it was new in Mohali at that time.

After that, I joined T-Mobile, which is also a US process. Providing mobile connections and devices with good offers and promotions to the US customers. After a year, the process was finished.


I joined the Samsung process in which we were helping customers to make a purchase easily by providing cart links. It was a contract based job for 2 months.


I use to take 25 calls and 50 chats as a customer care representative.
