To make sure that the Receipents receive the e-mail well (in a way that it does not look like we have copied it and pasted it), because Gmail tends to 'hide' copied and pasted content....
To avoid this, from EVERY paragraph, reduce a PUNCTUATION MARK (for example remove 1 exclamation mark).... If this is not applicable, like for example, there is already just 1 punctuation mark, than INCREASE another punctuation mark instead of deleting it.
This way we will avoid the Copy / Paste phenomenon;)
