The Colorado

Return to Form is an innovative high-rise building located in Denver's River North Art District (RiNo). It was created with mass timber technology - which employs small diameter trees from sustainably managed forests - glued and laminated together, it offers exceptional strength, stability and fireproofness - to connect residents to nature. Katz Development is leading the charge in building the nation's first mass timber apartment building of this scale in RiNo Arts District of downtown Denver, in collaboration with Tres Birds Architecture + Design + KL&A Engineers & Builders of Denver.
