Notes

1) One thing that I believe is unique about me is that to this date I watch Barbie movies. I love the vibrant backdrops that they set their movies against. Besides this, I also mimic, and you would often find me giving names to random (street) animals- dogs, cats, lizards, spiders, etc. Additionally, being an empath, I have always felt emotions much deeply than a lot of people around me. I cry when a butterfly dies, I have arranged funerals for dead insects in my garden.

2) Life as a journey has been nothing short of a roller-coaster. The biggest lesson that I learned during my personal and professional journey is to not react but rather respond. When you avoid reacting immediately, you get time to re-think, and with this you often realize that half of the things that we worry about are not even worth being bothered about, and the rest 50% can be easily resolved with a peaceful and a positive approach and mind. I remember taking my very first call, I was so nervous that i requested the callback and connect to a different agent since I was new to the system, and the next thing I know, I was running across the floor crying in nervousness. However, with time I learned to manage my nervousness and anxiety. I worked on my product knowledge, and my emotional intelligence skills to overcome this shortcoming.
