Yes Judge, Adrianna And I Moved in jan 6th 2023
after being being evicted from my ex-fiances apartment she failed to pay rent for a year.
She left the apartment to us for a few months starting November 17th, she said if we paid the rent we could keep the place. She did not tell us there was a 36,000 dollar back rent to be covered, so we found out we had to pay in full or move out. 

We asked Elizabeth and Nick Cantu if we could 
move in, pay rent, cover and utilities and food that we used while we stayed there.

Nick declined every opportunity to start a lease agreement with Adrian and I stating that “We have no contact together.” Becoming angry at times because we did not have suitable jobs to make an income sufficient enough to afford a place to stay upon moving in.

We told them it would take us 90 days to establish a proper credit report for an apartment to accept us. 

Most jobs are temporary hire only.
We have looked for full time work, sacrificing our work history and credit in the process prolonging out stay involuntarily.

I am constantly applying to jobs on indeed regularly, going to interviews while keeping myself employed. 

My wife and I Doordash and together Instacart in between jobs to keep a heathery credit score. 
This post income for my wife but not for myself. 

We are working on, getting my vehicle replaced which was stolen by my ex fiancé in November, quite recently, holding me back from getting to and from work. 

We have not been able to save up enough to move out because of Nicks recent attacks to our only vehicle, he has gone as far as to threaten to pop the tires, has has already removed the front two wheels and tires including the breaks and sold them, we had to replace the parts ourselves, and were struggling to survive with no vehicles in a location with no bus access for two weeks which cost us in damages, we had to pay for local parking and had to Lyft or Uber Eats our way home which cost $16 to $20 dollars a day, To get home and to work it would cost me $38 dollars a day but I still went to work, I still tried to post enough income to move out, I still do. 


We had to use UberEats and Doordash to survive 2 weeks until my pay day to replace: both of the front wheels, tires and brakes of the only vehicle we had at the time. She Owns the title, Nick Co owns the title so he removed the wheels and sold them so we could not drive for DoorDash, our only source of income at the time.

In conclusion, 
Nick Cantu tampers with the vehicle because he is the co-owner, we have paid for parking off site to protect the vehicle as it is a life source, Nick has recently granted us pardon to park the vehicle once again in the drive way where the vehicle was attacked. 

We have not been subject to a lease.

We have been asked once to vacate because of our dogs barking and early peeing in the house.

We have tried different approaches to remedy each situation, unfortunately new occurrences arise frequently.

The last occurrence was this past week with my dog barking in the middle of the night keeping Nick Cantu up past 2am.

I apologized and have been home watching my animals since looking for a new job. 

I am currently unemployed looking for a new job because of this and a few other reasons, I was threatened by Elizabeth that my animals would be “left outside” if I do not fix the barking between 12am and 8am.

It’s 17degrees and snowing outside. I understand it’s very annoying for everyone to have to deal with my animal at night barking and waking them up before work, so I fixed the problem to unfortunately cause another by becoming unemployed once again, going to court instead of talking about it in a civil manner face to face or in writing. I have attempted to communicated via text only to have my number reported to the cops by Nick Cantu allegedly.

Only myself and Adrianna have ever been in or on the property with our two animals Perelee and Violet.

At no time for any reason has anyone been invited to or on the property without a Waybill from Uber, left, DoorDash, Amazon. 

I have directly offered to replace any differences in the water and electric bill.

We where denied

We offered to replace any food or items used, 

we where denied and told to only supply ourselves everything is ours to use.

we have receipts of us buying our own groceries and food, we do not rely on Nick or Elizabeth Cantu to supply these amenities.

We under no circumstances have taken ownership in anyway of this property, though they have taken ownership of our property on camera. This property has yet to be replaced.

Adrianna has lived here her entire life with wants to leave, only to be held back by Nick Cantu or Elizabeth at this point as she prepares to leave.

At the moment she in employed working 12 hours a day 6 days a week with little to no sleep. 

I finished working 11 hours a day 5 days a week and unfortunately have to find new employment where we now see ourselves in court with a Cause of Action - Ejectment 

We have been trying to talk to Nick Cantu and Elizabeth Cantu for sometime about establishing some sort of agreement to stay or move out. 

Nick Cantu is often too inebriated, or under the influence to hold a conversation with me about the topics of rent, damages and replacements, scheduling or anything else I bring up.

I have suspicion that Elizabeth Cantu is too under the weather to deal with a conversation about rent or otherwise for she ask us to talk to Nick Cantu about it, when we talk to Elizabeth Cantu about most topics we have brought up, it usually ends with “talk to Nick about it” 

she does not mind what ever it is we do in our room our shower, we have been asked to keep the noise down from 12am-8am We house our animals at night with us, during the day the roam about, Violet was purchased by Nick Cantu for Adrianna Cantu, to my under standing its the house animal. Adrianna Cantu has bared the responsibility of taking care of Violet though Nick Cantu does provide food regularly. 

My wife and I take care of Perelee which is my animal, She’s often asleep or outside using the bathroom.

Violet is 2 years old, as for 12 year old Perelee, it’s about time I have addressed her medical problems and she barks a lot at any loud noise even at night. 

I do not want to be cruel to my animal.

I have thought of putting a muzzle on her to address this one problem, but she needs to eat and she has left with Elizabeth and Nick Cantu only to be abused I do not trust they will feed her or give her water if I am ever away from her, She’s usually always with me unless I am at work. 

We have been given vocal understanding by the Snohomish and Lake Stevens Police Department. 

We understand that we are staying with relatives and under no circumstance have we tried to live here long term. We have been told by the police department that we should try to move out but do not need to. this provided comfort to start looking for full-time work and start a pantry. 

By the time you have read this we would have: already tried to renew my drivers license, apply for the new jobs I’m looking for. If I can, buy a new car or look into what I need to do to get one, so I can drive myself to and from work, Refinance my wife’s car relieve Nick Cantu of his co-ownership of the 2020 Chevy Spark that he has recently agreed to keep paying for until it is payed off and the title has been handed off to Adrianna Cantu. 

We are also looking into apartments and have been for while, when we can pass a credit check and have a 90 day stable income we will move or attempt to move prior to those 90 days if we can. 

We are under the understanding that we may need 3 pay stubs to qualify to most apartment complexes on top of making 3x rent, which is ridiculous in most areas. 

We have not posted 3 pay stubs and we have only had temporary employment since we have moved to Snohomish County From The Greater Seattle Metropolitan.

We are currently working on our work history to build credit with the apartments available that will house our two animals. 

Damages have been done to my property during our stay, I have complained to the police about it to no avail so I keep most of it on surveillance our mail has been stolen and tampered with, we have not received our tax returns, any positive mail such as Wisely bank cards have not been seen, We have an understanding that If Nick Cantu does not deliver all mail to us or if any mail is tampered with we would be forced to call the USPS department of investigation, unfortunately, USPS is not the only service that delivers to our mail box located down the street, off camera. 

Adrianna has much suspician that our mail has been stolen and tampered with. 

We have been given no notices to leave other than a threat as to silence our animals.

The prayer for relief is a part of a complaint where the person who is suing (called the plaintiff) tells the court what they want the court to do to help them.

Judge, We just want the credit and income to move out with our two dogs getting car will be optional, An eviction will prevent us from qualifying for a place to live and will have squandered our last years efforts to post healthy enough credit and income to do so.
