I need to rant about James, me and him both know we’re not friends. The only reason he says we are is because he doesn’t want to hurt my feelings, it’s so stupid to think I was his friend, it’s pathetic. We never talk, when I make an effort to be his friend, he calls me “obsessed with him..” I’m realizing now that even last year, we never WERE friends. James and I said we were, but we weren’t. Most likely he hated my guts, like he probably does now. He has his friends, I have mine. Can’t he just leave me alone! James can’t save a shipwrecked friendship. It won’t ever last. We never were friends, and we never will be. I’m so tired of trying to be his friend, so when I finally admitted the truth about us not being friends, he protests! We’re not friends, but he says we are to protect my “fragile” emotions. UGH! It makes my blood BOIL! I won’t stop being nice, though. I have to be the “bigger person.” I know the truth, I’m not dumb. Hopefully, he stays out of my life, and I won’t have to see him again after Tuesday. If luck is on my side, he’ll figure out I’m not as dumb as he thinks I am. I will miss him, but it’s not worth it.
