SCM was founded in 1886, ten years before Utah became a state. With this solid foundation, we consider ourselves the state’s “bedrock” law firm – especially in the areas of trials and litigation. In addition, the Firm employs 23 skilled paralegals and law clerks. This ratio of paralegals to attorneys is higher than the ratio at any other law firm in Utah. By relying on paralegals to handle the more routine aspects of trials, litigation and business transactions, we are able to control costs for our clients.
