1. We started the call by greeting everyone in the call.
2. Python team demonstrated the Signup Api with the security code validation on the backend side to prevent the api from unauthorized access. Sarah said it looks good.
3. Now Python team demonstrated the OCR models documentation to Sarah where we explained different OCR libraries/APIs with their accuracy and pricing.
4. We recommend Sarah to use AWS Textract API for the image to text extraction and it’s also cheaper option than Microsoft AI builder. Sarah said she will do a meeting with Pankaj to discuss on AWS Textract.
5. Sarah told that she used Microsoft AI Builder to train the model for their app which cost her 3 cents a run and AWS Textract is half the price i guess.
6. Sarah also added she gets around 93% accuracy on GNS for amount of documents by using AI builder.
7. Sarah told that instead of using Amazon version we can go for Microsoft version i.e. AI Builder. We told Sarah that some of the OCR APIs we couldn’t tried as of they all are paid and also we need to check the accuracy before using AI builder.
8. Sarah demonstrated their model accuracy on all the documents and now she wants to do the same thing in python as their previous model is with power platform which is it costly as $20 per user.
9. Now Mobile team demonstrated that they implemented the validations on both Signup and Signin screen.
10. Mobile team also added that they integrated both the Signup and Signin APIs in the mobile application and its working fine with all validations.
11. Mobile team added that they also implemented validation on the CPI account number as suggested by Sarah and also they implemented the strong password functionality.
12. We told Sarah that python team need to work on to build the functionality to send email to the user when admin approves their application.
13. Sarah added that she will send 3-4 admin emails and need access to approve the user’s application as admin. Here we asked Sarah that do you want same access for all the admins or need to customize the access.
14. Mobile team told Sarah that after login screen user will navigate to dashboard screen and the dashboard screen is under progress currently.
15. Sarah added about the timeline that we need to complete the project and get ready for launch latest by end of february.
16. At the end of the call, Pankaj checked for any open queries. The client updated they are good. We ended the call by thanking the client.
