Tyrell Johnstone identified he had taken cannabis around 22 hours prior to arrest. A drugs test was performed and came back positive for cannabis.
Superintendent Dean Titan is prepared to introduce Section 4 - Driving, or being in charge, when under influence of drink or drugs as a charge.

Upon Initial Disclosure
SO-12 - Superintendent Dean Titan spoke to Lawyer Shaun Smith and disclosed the following information. Colleague Detective Constable Conniewoo was present.
Suspect Tyrell Johnstone was arrested under suspicion charges following Possession with intent to supply of class B - Cannabis.
He was stopped under S163 of RTA, and searched under S23 of misuse of drugs act.
Found was Mobile phone, £50 Cash, Bag of Cannabis.
He was taken to Stratford Station and booked before being transferred to sinner street station for interview.

This form contained information which concerned myself and colleague DC Conniewoo.
This form was signed by Doctor Lewis Jones of Oceanview Medical Centre in London - Dated 13/11/23
Concern and suspicion was risen due to the date and records suggesting that Tyrell would have been present in Brighton, Sussex at the time.

Interview with Tyrell was postponed for the time being. Suspect was released on bail.

Myself and Connie spoke to DR Josh Rendell, the London Ambulance Service, Director of Ambulance Operations.
Upon presenting the document, He expressed caution regarding the practice.
That sort of prescription isn't provided over the phone.
The only possibility of this suggests that DR Lewis Jones might have spoken to our suspect over the phone via 111 call.
DR Josh Rendell identified this isn't common practice.
DR Lewis Jones is unknown to DR Josh Rendell.
CID have reached out to DR Lewis Jones and have an interview scheduled for future.
