Trespassing/Diskson building25-01-2023: approximately 4:12 communication officer manshiska radio 25 at dispatch security desk, I encountered a porter at security desk who informed me about a black, short individual with a brown jacket roaming around the building. I thoroughly checked all three floors – Dickson, Centennial, and Victoria – even visiting the 3B patient room. However, when inquiring about this person, the staff there claimed not to have seen anyone matching that description. The communication officer then updated me that the individual was on the main floor of Dickson. Upon reaching there, I found a supervisor already present. When we asked the individual for the patient's name he was visiting, he provided a name that did not match the information available in the dispatcher's records. The individual seemed confused; initially stating he was visiting his cousin, and later claiming to be there for his uncle. Moreover, he displayed rude behavior. Considering the numerous complaints received about this individual over several days, we instructed him to leave the site. In response, he made false accusations of racism, and then told to arrange cab and CO arranged for a cab and ensured his departure."
