Hello, the exterior facade and floor plans are attached.

Basement Floor Plan:

I made the requested additions on the plan, resulting in several changes to the basement floor plan. I relocated the bathroom because there was a window underneath the back patio where we couldn't open a window, so I placed it where a window could be opened. This improved the basement plan. By completely opening up the stairs area, I provided additional natural light.

Ground Floor and Upper Floor Plans:

I added the entrance porch and the duct area to the ground floor plan. On the upper floor, the duct projection is continued in the same manner.

Exterior Facade:

In the exterior facade modeling, I enhanced the entrance porch area with a wooden texture inspired by the photo you sent. I made it more eye-catching with wooden elements in the entrance porch area, removing the top patterns above the railing and between the wooden parts, which seemed unattractive. I replaced them with glass railing to increase the attention-grabbing wood-modern atmosphere of our entrance. Additionally, I aimed to create cohesion in the exterior facade by making the protrusion near the stairs in the same wood.

I have one more suggestion. I created a small veranda/patio in the area where we placed the sliding door at the back of the building. You can see it from the 3d render on pdf page 7-8. My suggestion is to enlarge this veranda/patio in the render angle and make it aesthetically pleasing and in harmony with the exterior using wooden columns, glass railing, and a sloping roof, similar to the entrance porch.
