So I'm looking at your listing for 26 E Parkhill St, Colusa, CA & and I'm just thinking that it could really use some marketing photos as in like aerial photos, front facing exterior photos with better lighting and framing, or video to help increase interest & we could get out there and do it for all of the properties you currently have listed like Oak St and 444 6th st for a discounted package deal.

The goal is to create an authentic and consistent posting schedule designed to improve online presence and visibility, unlike the simple and not effective KV Core cookie cutter Instagram posts.

Next, we manage your social media accounts and focus on these four categories: about posts, property posts, real estate tips/updates, and L.E.A.F. content (lifestyle, events, activity, farm). Each month we create 12 new fully-organic and original Instagram posts, strategically shared across 7 platforms, along with 100 Instagram stories which are designed to keep people engaged on a day-to-day basis.

Saw a few of your signs & just wanted to make an introduction, we do photo, aerial photo, really high end video, Instagram content to get your listings and brand more recognition,
