Merve Hanım bana yardım al butonuna tıklayıp bildiri yapın dedi ancak 24 saat beklemem gerektiği yönünde site uyarı verdi.Bunun üstüne tekrar Merve Hanım'ı aradım.Bana konu ile ilgili Sümeyye Hanım'ın ilgilendiğini Onay Tarihi'nin Yarın Sabah (Dün söylendi) Saat 10.00'a alındığını satıcı onaylarsa onaylar onaylamazsa otomatik onaylanacak dedi.Bende üstüne basa basa 2 kere sordum evet öyle dedi.Gel gelelim ki Saat şu an 11.04 ne iade merkezine bir bildiride bulunulmuş onay süresinin kısaltıldığı ile ilgili ne de bir değişiklik olmuş dün o kadar aramama rağmen.Konuyla ilgili yardımlarınızı artık acilen bekliyorum çünkü artık sabrım taşma noktasına geldi 1 haftadır satıcı sahte ürün yolladı diye en doğal hakkım iade hakkını kullanıyorum.Birde 1 haftadır eziyet çekiyorum.Gün içindede eğer bu sorun halledilmezse şikayet var vb. sitelerede olayları taşıyacağım.En azından oraya taşındığı zaman sorunları daha çabuk hallediyorsunuz.

Dediğim gibi artık "bekleyin ilettik dönüş yaparlar" gibi şeyler duymak istemiyorum. Halletik iadeniz onaylandı paranız aktarılacak şeklinde dönüş istiyorum.Kısacası sonuç almak istiyorum.Halledeceğinize inanıyorum şimdiden teşekkür ediyorum.
