2) it may or may not help the economy grow well depending on several factors (???). in nigeria they received aid from international organisations which has helped their economy develop better (....). however, if not well handled, the aid may not be helpful, eg., in haiti
3) it may be effective, however, due to reasons such as misallocation or corruption, it may not be effective and the aid may just be misused. examples : haiti and afghanistan
