日本産業パートナーズ連合の下で再生を目指す
東芝は上場廃止後の新役員体制について､島田太郎社長は続投し､副社長に三菱自動車工業で副社長を務めた池谷光司氏が就く方向で最終調整に入った。近く公表する。複数の関係者が13日､明らかにした。

再生の確度を上げる
東芝は20日に上場廃止する。非上場化のタイミングに合わせて､スポンサーのJIPと買収資金を融資した銀行から取締役を受け入れ､アクティビスト対応で混乱した経営体制を組み替えて､早期の企業価値向上を目指す。
池谷氏は三菱UFJ銀行（旧三菱東京UFJ銀行）で､審査担当常務や営業担当専務を歴任。2016年に三菱自副社長に就いた。今年6月に退任した後､JIPに移籍していた。
主力銀行の三井住友銀とみずほ銀は､東芝の主力取引銀行としてJIPに買収資金を融資した。総額1兆2000億円のうち､三井住友銀は約4400億円､みずほ銀が約4000億円を拠出しており､それぞれ役員クラスを派遣することで､東芝の再生の確度を上げる。
池谷光司 島田社長の続投については､日本経済新聞が先に報じていた。
東芝の広報担当の大石達朗氏は､当社から公表したものではないとし､今後の経営体制についてはJIPと協議しており､新体制発足までに決める予定だと述べた。
JIPと三井住友銀､みずほ銀の広報担当者はそれぞれコメントを控えた。
