[20.01.2024, 12:43:59] 😒İşi düştü😒: Kastamonu Şenpazar Celalli köyünde ikamet eden Rüstem Ay'dan şikayetçiyiz. Türk aile ve toplum geleneklerine sadık, huzurlu köyümüzün sevilen ve herkese yardımcı olan, bize Müslümanlığın hakiki değerlerini gösteren imamız Musa Eroğlu'nun ikamet ettiği lojmanın park ve kullanım alanlarını haksız ve tehditkar bir şekilde işgal eden Rüstem Ay, hem de imamıza psikolojik ve fiziksel şiddet uygulamaya kalkmıştır. Rüstem Ay'ın imamımız hakkında yaptığı asılsız şikayetler ve hakaretlerle ilgili kayıtlar jandarmada mevcuttur. T.C. Devlet memurunu hadsiz bir şekilde tehdit etmesine rağmen, Musa Eroğlu affedici davranmış ve şikayetçi olmamışltır fakat Rüstem Ay şiddet ve tehditlerini arttırarak sürdürmektedir.
Rüstem Ay ayrıca uzun yıllardır eşi ve çocuklarınının can ve mal güvenliğini de tehdit etmektedir. Köyümüzün ahlaki ve aile değerlerini hiçe sayarak dul kadınlara musallat olmasına itiraz eden kendi çocuklarını da bu sebeple köyden sürgün etmiştir. Eşine tehdit, hakaret ve aşağılama ve bitmeyen fiziksel ve psikolojik şiddet ile işkence etmektedir. Karısının maruz kaldığı şiddetin bitmesi için yalvarmasına cevap olarak ' Benim Allah'a bile eyvallahım yok. Ben seni daha nasıl öldürebilirim.' cümlelerini kurmaktadır. Ailesi olarak can güvenliğimizden şüphe ediyoruz, ayrıca zor durumlarda danışıp akıl aldığımız imamızıın bu şekilde haksız bir suçlama ile karşılaşması bizi çok zor duruma düşürmüştür. İlgili konuda Devletimizin ve ilgili kurumlarının ivedi, ve etkili yardımını rica ediyoruz.
