When I tell you my heart stopped, I don't mean that it skipped a beat or something like that. The moment I got to lay eyes on you, see your smile, hear your voice, I was in love all over again. I know that it's weird for me to say this because we kind of jumped right into this at the start, the status on our discord saying the things we wouldn't type in dms. I am so glad we did. I am so glad that I got the spark I needed in my life through a simple status, and I wouldn't realize it until later on. I remember the giant grin on my face, the way I couldn't contain the giggles or force a stoic expression afterwards. I remember being so afraid to show you what I looked like because I was terrified that you wouldn't like the way I look. I remember the way my entire world stopped when I saw how handsome you looked. I remember every little detail of the first time I got to see you through a video call and how much I could not stop talking about you. I remember how much I replayed the first audio I got of your voice and the way I would sit there for hours on the days that made me question things, and just play the audio because I loved hearing your voice. I remember the way I kept thinking about your smile and your eyes, thinking about how handsome you looked every time I thought of it and the image came back to me. God I wish I could have taken a picture and just kept it in my pocket from that day forward.
