I hope this message finds you well. Following our recent conversation, I wanted to discuss a matter of concern regarding my current salary situation.
Upon discussing with HR, I learned that my current salary is higher in comparison to what is considered for MSI, making me ineligible for the upcoming hike until December 2024. As you know, I have been with Wipro for 2.5 years, and during this time, I have received only one hike - from TRB to B1. The financial constraints in this salary bracket make it challenging for me to cope with the cost of living in Bangalore and provide adequate support to my family.
In my previous project, my dedication and hard work were recognized by my manager, who even nominated me for a Promotion Cycle for a Band change. Unfortunately, external factors like company policies and market conditions have been cited as reasons for not moving forward with this opportunity.
Given these circumstances, I am reaching out to seek your assistance in exploring the possibility of restructuring my current salary. Your support in liaising with HR to review and potentially adjust my compensation would be immensely appreciated.
