On each interaction we start troubleshooting the issue by identifying the customer and their account.
If the account is not verified or authenticated, then there is not much you can do other than to offer the customer the self-help options found on Xfinity.com.
You can NOT offer information specific to any customer's account, especially regarding the account the customer is referencing.
The number one goal of Comcast is to ensure that private and personal information about the customers' accounts is not shared with unauthorized and unauthenticated customers.
Step 2: Identify the Question or Concern
Sometimes the reason the customer is contacting Comcast is not always accurate, therefore, E360 tries to identify the reason for the customer's contact. Why is the customer contacting us?
Using E360 can help identify the reason the customer is contacting you.
This is a perfect time to "wow" the customer by confirming the reason.
" Mr./Mrs. Smith, my system is telling me you are contacting us about a concern with your TV services. Is that correct?
"- Confirming the reason for the contact.
Verifying the reason for the contact lets the customer know that you are paying attention and that helping resolve their concern or issue is important to you.
Step 3: Use E360 Overview Screen to Troubleshoot
The Overview screen provides you with a wealth of information about the health of the customer account. It includes the following sections: Account Health, Overview Page, and Device Tab. It also includes the Troubleshooting and Activity Menu Tabs. Each of these sections provide more detail about the health of the customer's account.
