bu programa uygun bir vücut çalışma programı hazırla. program tüm vücut üzerine olacak. ancak yukarda yazılanlara ağırlık verilecek. örneğin 1. gün sadece omuz ve biceps olmayacak, bunlar öncelikli, ağırlıklı hedeflerimiz bunun yanında örneğin ayak kas gruplarını da hedef almalıyız.
Ek olarak elimde sadece dambıl ve uzun barım var. yani sadece dambılla ve uzun barla yapılabilecek hareketleri yazmalısın.
hangi hareket ne işe yarıyor onu da belirtmelisin.
her hareketi markdown yani kalın harfle yazacaksın. hangi hareket neye yarıyor, hangi kas grubunu çalıştırıyor onları normal yazmalısın.
her harekete en az 5 alternatif vermelisin mesela 1. gün sabah omuz en az 5 hareket akşam biceps ise en az 5 hareket.
