- CHUG water, staying hydrated is VERY important.
- Eat before you head out to the airport (morning=breakfast, afternoon=breakfast AND lunch, evening=everything)
- Get to the airport at least 3 or 4 hours before (ex; flight leaves 11:30, you should be there at 7:30)
- If the bag is too heavy or big, drop bags at bag check.
- Get through security. DON'T bring water, fruits, etc. (just snacks)
- Find your gate FIRST, then explore stores, bathroom, etc.
- Go to the bathroom before and after your flight.
- Put on skin care either at the dorm OR before the flight, NEVER during the flight except face mask or sunscreen or lotion.
- Before you board, check your carry on. Make sure you have your boarding pass, passport, etc.
- During the plane- wipe/ clean everything.
- During the flight apply hand lotion.
- Stay awake until they pass out snacks or food.
- Take a nap.
- When sleeping, charge your phone.
