A. Park Chanyeol
Park Chanyeol was born on November 27, 1992 in Seoul, South Korea. He has a sister named Park Yoora, who is an Announcer at MBC Broadcasting Station in South Korea. His parents own an Italian restaurant "Viva Polo" in Seoul.
Chanyeol was admitted to a private music institution when he was sixteen years old. He is currently a student majoring in Culture and Art Management at Kyung Hee Cyber University.
After he watched School of Rock during elementary school, he began to be interested in music. He started playing drums after he saw a hero who played drums in a movie. Since his father worked in music during his young days, he had easy access to many musical instruments during his youth. When he was a first grade student in middle school, he joined a band with his best friends and played with them for about three years then stopped after he graduated.
He revealed that he is half-Japanese from his Twitter. He went for 3 years exchange program to Osaka and attended an international boarding school there. His music carrier was vacuumed in that time.
He continued further his music from mere playing to composing in his college time. Going by the name "coyoxen-P" [P stands for Producer] he composes songs digitally using Vocaloid male voice banks such as KAITO and GAKUPO. His genre is japanese rock with rapping occasionally added into his songs. Following closely after that, he reveals himself as a male Utaite by the name "CHAN61" and makes a group consists of 12 male Utaites, "EXO". Now, Chanyeol has been seen active on his official YouTube account, "flaxencoyote" and "EXO12".
