How to Know If Your Beauty Product is Organic Botanics
When you hear the word "natural", images of blue skies, birds singing and beautiful scenery come to mind. However when it comes to beauty products, the term natural is often misused. Many companies label their products 'natural' even though they contain processed components. So, how do you know if your product is truly organic?
Bluh Alchemy
Bluh Alchemy, an innovative clean skincare line, features a few treatment-focused synergistic blends that feature rare botanical extracts. Becky Bluh studied cosmetics chemistry and discovered how to harness the power of plant-based ingredients for profound physiological effects. She searched for a variety of plant extracts that could create a blueprint for optimal skin health, and guard against premature aging and free radical damage, as well as the effects of oxidative stress.
Bluh' organic cbd on rare botanicals and her experiments led her to the revolutionary Cellular Extraction Process, which allows the extraction of the phytoactive profile of a plant in its most potent form. Her formulas employ this game-changing technology to deliver Advanced Bioactive Solutions to the skin.
We chose two full-size Bluh Alchemy products for February's Beauty Heroes Discovery: the Botanic Retinol Cell Regeneration Concentrate (hero, but make it great!) and the Eye Oil serum (sidekick that every hero needs). Bakuchiol, which is an ingredient of retinol replicates the corrective qualities of retinol. It is used in this concentrate to effectively correct fine wrinkles, pores that are larger and breakouts. This is paired with a suite of antioxidants including Kakadu plum, which stimulates cell renewal and reduce the appearance of hyperpigmentation, finger lime caviar to firm and tone the skin, and mountain pepper cellular extract with amazing ORAC to guard against premature aging.
