The Marston Property
The Marston House is a historic mansion placed in the middle of San Diego, initially built in 1905. This dazzling property presents an getaway from the hustle and bustle of urban life with its verdant yards, graceful architecture, and sense of -world charm.

History

The Marston House has a vibrant history. It was first contracted by distinguished San Diego residents George Marston and his bride Anna to fulfill as their private residence. Constructed in the Arts and Crafts mode by celebrated local architects Irving Gill and William Hebbard, no expense was spared to produce a property that reflected the Marston family's appreciation for beauty as well as devotion to social progress.

Over the decades, The Marston House moved through numerous owners. Thankfully previous caretakers had the providence to maintain the property to save its historic architectural integrity. In 1987, the Save Our Heritage Organization (SOHO) attained and rehabilitated the mansion, transforming it into a cultural center and museum.

Accommodations

The Marston House now manages as a historic house museum and happenings venue.
